Welcome once again to Mealy Monday!
I trust everyone had a fantastic long weekend and hope you can continue the fantastic-ness throughout this week!
Last week’s menu saw some unbelievably delicious Butter Chicken and some Slow Carrot Soup that I whipped up because carrots were breeding in our crisper. The Mild Lamb Curry I tried out didn’t quite go to plan as I forgot the last step in the recipe (Doh!) and I used too much liquid for our slow cooker. However, it was all still delicious, so I’ll try it again in a few weeks to perfect my technique, then we’ll see if it makes the RW Recipes cut!

S: Tuna Patties (because we missed out last week due to a last-minute trip to visit family – Get better soon Jim xx)
